1. Why the motors exposed? Serve a purpose?

The reasons are as followings, hope it will help you.

• We have lengthened the width of motor wheels instead of increasing their diameter to fit the motors. This motor exposed design allows the motor wheels to have the same width as the front wheels, which can provide a better riding experience.
• This design can improve heat dissipation and lengthen motor life.
• It is a stylish design with a sporty sense.

2. Hi what color are the wheels ? On some pictures you have clear blue and other black ? Please advise...

We will ship the black wheels to you automatically if you place an order. In terms of other color wheels, we have listed them as extra accessories. You can buy it on the accessories page of our website.

3. Will you be able to ship the board to India? 

Sorry, we can't ship the board to India due to India's current Customs Policies.

4. Can it(Teamgee H20) be carried on planes?

Its battery capacity is more than 100Wh, which is not meeting air transport certification standards and can not be taken on board.

Some airlines may require the battery to be removed and carried separately. 

The regulations for the battery could be various from airlines. Please check with your airlines to know more details.

5. Are the Teamgee boards water resistant?

The board(H20T,H20,H20MINI,H5)is rated as IP54 (Liquids Ingress Protection 54).
It means that protection assured against water splashing from any angle and protection assured against water jets projected by a nozzle (6.3mm) from any angle.

6. About Teamgee H5 electric skateboard

Hi,the battery seems to be in the deck. So bending/flexing the deck should damage or at least wear the battery cells.

Yes, we have put the battery inside. But there is no need to worry about this design because it has passed through all the tests and works well.

The battery is bendable and good quality, plus we have added some soft and waterproof layers on the top to preventing wearing and water spraying.

It hasn't shown any case of a broken battery after fulfilling a lot of orders.

Even though the battery has a glitch, we have a warranty policy that allows you to have a replacement. Trust me, you will be impressed by this design.

7. Hi! What is the highest temperature I can drive this board?

We are located in Shenzhen, China. The average temp here goes to 34 to 35 degrees Celsius in the summer. But we just went to a group ride outside earlier, the temp outside is around 38 degrees Celsius, and the board turns out good. But not the rider!!

 In consideration of your health, we suggest you find some parking lots or somewhere in the shade if the temp reaches 40 degrees Celsius.
