Can I change my shipping information?

If you need to change the address, please contact us in time, we can modify the order for you before the order is shipped. If you do not change your address in a timely manner, any risk arising from the incorrect address is at your own risk. Please be sure to double-check your shipping address when placing your order.


How can I confirm my order and get the tracking number?

You'll receive a notification with a tracking number that will be sent to your e-mail box 1-5 days after your order is shipped out. You can track the status by entering your tracking number through "Order Tracker"


Why does shipment delay?

Most cases of delays will be caused by holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. If you need any additional help, please contact our customer service.

What should I do if I don't receive my order?

If you haven't received your package within the standard delivery times, or the package has been received by a stranger. Please contact our service team for assistance in 3 business days. We will assist you in providing logistic vouchers to the logistics company.

 

How are customs and import tax/duties handled?

Because Teamgee normally sends products from Hong Kong (a free port), there is no sales tax or duties imposed by the Hong Kong government. Customers do not have to pay any sales tax or export duties when they purchase from Teamgee.

Statistically, less than 1% of all orders have ever been opened by the Customs in customers' home countries. But due to our package is extra big(Skateboard) If a package were to be checked by the customs office of the customer's country, customers have to cover import duties, tariffs, and taxes. 

Although the chance of packages assessed by the customs is small, Teamgee encourages customers to check with their local customs office for potential import taxes, duties, and tariffs, before placing an order. In addition, some products may require special licenses or permits to import. Teamgee is not responsible for products confiscated by the customs in customers' countries.

A) Teamgee is doing its best to make the promised time, please understand our warehouse is working only on business days, please remember to enjoy the day even there's a difference in the ETA, and by the way, we will inform you proactively if something is wrong.
